1 Use of the service
These terms describe the conditions for using County Active Warrants. If you do not agree, do not use the service. This is an independent public-information directory; it does not provide legal representation, official warrant clearance, or certified background checks.
2 Permitted and prohibited uses
Use the directory for general information and responsible access to public resources. Do not use it for employment screening, tenant selection, credit, insurance, or other eligibility decisions; harassment, stalking, threats, extortion, discrimination, or impersonating a government agency. Do not attempt to confront, locate for confrontation, detain, or apprehend anyone based on an entry.
3 Accuracy and source limitations
Information is supplied on an as-is and as-available basis, to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or current warrant status. A name match alone does not establish identity, a record is not proof of guilt, and an empty result is not proof that no warrant exists. Check the responsible court or agency. 4 No legal advice or screening certification
Educational content may not apply to your jurisdiction or circumstances. Obtain advice from a qualified attorney. Our restrictions on screening uses do not themselves establish an exemption from the FCRA or any other law.
5 Website integrity
Do not bypass security controls, interfere with availability, or use automated requests that impair the service. Contact us before bulk reuse. Access may be restricted to protect the website and its users, subject to applicable law.
6 Free corrections and removals
Correction and removal requests are free. Use Record Removal for inaccurate information, mistaken identity, minors’ information, photograph concerns, court restrictions, or other removal requests. Removing an entry here does not expunge a court record or recall a warrant. We review requests according to their circumstances and applicable law; this website does not promise a particular court outcome.
7 Copyright and third-party resources
Our branding and original presentation may be protected by intellectual-property law. Ownership of source materials remains with the relevant rights holders; public access does not necessarily eliminate copyright. Send copyright concerns to [email protected]. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or availability.
8 Applicable rights and limitations
Nothing in these terms waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, or excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. The enforceability of any provision depends on applicable law. An invalid provision does not automatically invalidate the remaining provisions.
