1 Scope and contact

This policy describes visitor information and public-record information handled by County Active Warrants. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to [email protected] or through Contact. We do not require an account to browse the directory.

2 Technical information

Website hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser information, request timestamps, referring URLs, and requested pages or query parameters for website delivery, security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. Avoid including sensitive personal information in a search query or URL.

3 Analytics and browser preferences

We use Google Analytics to understand visitor traffic and improve our website. Google may use cookies and process information about page visits and devices.

You can disable optional analytics through Privacy Choices and manage cookies in your browser settings. We also respect Global Privacy Control signals.

4 Advertising

Some record detail pages display labelled PeopleFinders affiliate advertisements through CJ. We may receive a commission from qualifying purchases. PeopleFinders is an optional paid third-party service; directory access and record removal remain free. Referral links identify our website and the advertisement placement, not a person, warrant or search query. A CJ image may record an advertisement impression and process technical request information. We do not load this image when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled, or when optional measurement is disabled through Privacy Choices. Sponsored links open a third-party website governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Google AdSense display slots remain disabled. Legal definitions of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising vary; a lack of payment alone does not determine those classifications.

5 Contact and removal submissions

When you contact us, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, email address, record URL, reason, and explanatory text. Submissions are used to handle the request, respond, investigate errors, and maintain a record of actions taken. Contact messages are stored in a server log and forwarded by email; contact alerts may also include the message through Telegram. Removal requests are recorded in our request database and forwarded by email.

These delivery services and our hosting providers process information needed for their functions. Do not submit full Social Security numbers, financial information, unredacted identity documents, or unrelated sensitive material. Provide only what is needed to identify and explain the issue. An automated ticket acknowledgement is not confirmation that a request has been approved.

6 Public-record information

Published entries may contain names, source-provided personal descriptors, allegations, and bond information. This directory does not collect, store, host, or display booking photographs or wanted-person photographs. This information comes from supported public resources and is distinct from visitor analytics. Public availability does not eliminate every privacy or republication restriction. Report inaccurate, restricted, or inappropriate entries through Record Removal; requests are free.

7 Retention and security

Retention depends on the information and purpose: request handling and follow-up, record correction and suppression controls, security investigations, backup recovery, and applicable legal obligations. We do not promise immediate deletion from backups or identical retention periods across our providers. You may ask about retention or request deletion through our privacy contact.

HTTPS protects data in transit to this website. No website, email system, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Removing a published entry does not automatically erase a court record or copies held by third parties.

8 Privacy requests and applicable rights

Depending on your location, the information involved, and whether a privacy law applies to the operator and processing, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, limit certain uses, or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Publicly available government records may be treated differently from visitor data. This policy does not claim that every state privacy statute applies to every record or user.

Contact us to submit a request or raise an appeal of a denied request. We may need proportionate information to verify a request where permitted; browser opt-out does not require identity documents or an account. We will explain a denial or any applicable extension as required by the relevant law. You may contact your state privacy regulator or Attorney General. We do not charge for our correction or removal process or penalize users for making a privacy request.

9 Children and minors

This site is intended for adults, not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. Our publication controls exclude entries identified as involving minors, but source information may be incomplete. If a child’s or minor’s information appears here or has been submitted to us, contact us with the relevant page or issue for review. Do not send unnecessary identification documents.

10 Other providers and policy changes

Linked agencies and other websites operate independently. Font files are served from this website; hosting, security, email, and messaging providers may also process technical or submitted information. Their practices are governed by their own policies. We will update this page when our described practices change; the update date identifies changes to this policy, not the freshness of individual warrant records.
