Where applicable law (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA, Texas Data Privacy and Security Act / TDPSA, Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act / VCDPA, and Colorado Privacy Act / CPA) treats certain digital advertising or cross-context behavioral tracking as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising,” eligible consumers have the statutory right to opt out of such disclosures.
