2 Source information and accuracy limits

Listings originate from public warrant resources, official bulletins, and supported wanted notices. Coverage is partial. A selected wanted list is not a complete county warrant list, and a jail listing does not establish an outstanding warrant. We organize and format source information; we do not claim to reproduce every source verbatim.

Entries may be incomplete, outdated, or associated with the wrong person. A source-check date is an observation date, not certification of current court status. No search result means only that our directory returned no matching published entry. Confirm information with the issuing court or responsible agency before relying on it. See Sources & Methodology.

3 Allegations are not convictions

A warrant or wanted notice does not itself establish guilt. A listed charge is an allegation or source description, not a finding made by this website. Records may concern different stages of a case. Do not infer a conviction, current custody, or a person’s dangerousness from an entry or photograph.

4 FCRA and prohibited screening uses

This directory is provided for general information. It is not offered as an employment, housing, credit, insurance, or other eligibility-screening service. Our terms prohibit these uses and prohibit harassment, discrimination, intimidation, and stalking. A disclaimer does not determine whether the Fair Credit Reporting Act or other law applies to a particular service or use.

5 Free website correction and removal requests

We do not charge for correcting, suppressing, or removing a record or photograph on this website. Use the Record Removal form to report mistaken identity, a minor’s information, an outdated entry, a court restriction, or another removal concern. Include the affected page and enough information to explain the request. A court dismissal or expungement order is not required for every type of request.

Removal here does not recall a warrant, expunge a court record, change an agency database, or automatically remove other websites’ or search engines’ copies. We cannot promise immediate resolution. Applicable legal requirements take priority over general processing estimates.

6 Photographs and state-specific requirements

A photograph does not prove guilt or establish that a warrant remains outstanding. Photograph removal and text-record correction can require separate action. Public accessibility alone does not resolve all republication, copyright, or privacy questions; requirements vary by jurisdiction. We do not charge to remove photographs and do not offer paid removal services.

For example, Florida Statutes §901.43 contains specific scope, written-notice, removal, and non-republication provisions. This example is not a statement that the law applies to every website or record.

7 Copyright concerns

Public availability does not necessarily mean a work is free of copyright. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact [email protected] with the affected URL, identification of the work, your contact details, and an explanation of your authority and concern. For a formal DMCA notice, also include your signature, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
